Communication Audit for CHSSA
​My Communication Audit for UNCW's College of Humanities, Social Sciences, and the Arts (CHSSA) evaluates the organization's internal and external communication to identify potential areas for improvement. This ensures that CHSSA's communication aligns with its core values and enhances its brand image. The audit evaluates the methods used by CHSSA to communicate internally and externally within their organization, as well as provides recommendations for their communication going forward.
Organizational Culture Versus Organizational Identity Theory Infographic
The Venn Diagram Infographic that I created delves into the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Identity Theory. I created this infographic to visually showcase the overlapping and distinct elements of the two aforementioned theories. My main intention was to highlight that while two theories can be similar, they are still different from each other with different intentions and impacts. Moreover, the visual aspect of the infographic is intended to be accessible to all audiences, with a clean and professional look.
