My White Paper addresses the lack of a customer-centric focus in IMC campaigns, which can drive consumers away from the brand. The white paper explores how brands can solve this by implementing a streamlined approach to address this lack of focus, also known as Customer Integrated Marketing Communication (CIMC) . CIMC fosters brand loyalty and strengthens the connection with their consumers due to how consumer friendly CIMC is, which emphasizes the need of CIMC in modern IMC campaigns.
Paracrisis Identification and Response
My Paracrisis Identification and Response project is an analysis on Nivea, a skincare brand, and their paracrisis the brand caused by a controversial statement within an advertisement they made, stating that "White is Purity." The project delves into how the brand responded to the crisis and offers insights into potential improvements for their crisis management strategies in the future.
